The production coordinator maintains the production schedule, distributes call sheets and script revisions, manages travel and accommodation for cast and crew, coordinates permits and location logistics with the location manager, and handles the countless administrative details that keep a production running smoothly. The role reports to the production manager and is a common entry point for aspiring producers.
