What does Strike mean?
Strike refers to the process of dismantling and clearing a set after filming or a theatrical production has concluded. This includes taking down scenery, props, lighting, and equipment. The term is also used in live theater to describe the process of removing all technical elements after a performance run is completed. In the broader context of labor, a strike can also refer to a work stoppage initiated by workers, such as actors or crew members, to demand better working conditions.
