What does Session mean?

Session refers to a specific period of time scheduled for recording, shooting, or performing in the entertainment industry. A session can be a day of filming for an actor, a voiceover recording for an animated film, or a photo session for a modeling portfolio. Sessions are typically organized in blocks of time, such as half-day, full-day, or hourly, depending on the project and type of work. Each session may be guided by different professionals, including directors, producers, or photographers, to ensure that the performer delivers the required work within the scheduled time.

Example:An actor completes a voiceover session for an animated movie, spending several hours recording their character’s lines in a studio.
Example: A model participates in a photo session for a magazine cover, working with a photographer and stylist over the course of the day.
