What does In Time mean?

In Time refers to the exact moment when an actor or crew member is expected to be ready on set or at a rehearsal. Being “in time” means that the individual arrives early enough to prepare, dress, or rehearse before their official call time. In the entertainment industry, punctuality is crucial, and being in time helps keep productions running smoothly, avoiding costly delays.

Example:The actor arrives in time for their 10:00 a.m. call, ensuring they are fully prepared to step on set by the required time.
Example: The crew is instructed to be in time for a morning meeting with the director to review the day’s shooting schedule.
